This is not always easy because when we want something we've never had, it can be difficult to imagine our life with it. Vision boards are a super tool but only if the finished product aligns with us; lights us up emotionally; brings us a feeling of joy and confidence that we can achieve it.

In this live workshop, I help you use your subconscious mind to get a clear and focused vision of what you most want, how it will look and feel when you've achieved it. This process is like manifesting on steroids!

You'll explore your ‘why’, which is all-important and find words that resonate with your mission. There will be time for asking questions and implementing some of the work. I'll share with you my creative tips on how to design your own vision board and how best to use it.
